Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice in accordance with applicable GST laws will be issued upon completion of purchase.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Please note that receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. Echo by SP reserves the right to reject any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

● Product availability issues occur

● Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed

● Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

● Payment authorization fails

Orders once placed may only be cancelled within 36 hours unless production has already started.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Once the customer has approved the artwork, design, size specifications, or branding requirements, the same shall be deemed final and production shall commence based on such approval. No changes shall be accepted after production has commenced.

For customized apparel:

● Customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, spellings, sizes, and specifications.

● Minor variations in color, print placement, embroidery, or finishing may occur due to production processes.

● Once design approval is provided, changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to:

Force Majeure: Echo by SP shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, or internet outages.

● Weather conditions

● Operational issues

● Public holidays

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

Size & Fit Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart provided on the website before placing an order. Minor variations in fit due to individual body measurements shall not constitute a manufacturing defect and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with valid proof such as photos or videos.
